Join us at the historic 3 West Club, known for its “Old New York” sophistication and stunning views, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm to “meet” the chimpanzees of Sanaga-Yong, learn about our critical wildlife protection efforts from Founder and Director, Dr. Sheri Speede, enjoy musical entertainment, and delight in conversations with friends before and after the presentation. The festivities will include hearty vegan and vegetarian hors d’oeuvres, hosted full bar and a silent auction featuring unique and fun items and experiences.

About Us

Sanaga-Yong Chimpanzee Rescue is committed to providing safe haven for chimpanzees orphaned by poachers and traffickers, while spearheading and supporting wildlife and habitat protection, law enforcement, and conservation education programs. Our sanctuary, located in the beautiful Mbargue forest of Cameroon, Africa, holds the esteemed reputation for providing the highest quality of lifelong care and is currently home to 78 chimpanzees, of whom most were rescued as babies.
