Sanaga-Yong Chimpanzee Rescue is committed to providing safe haven for chimpanzees orphaned by poachers and traffickers, while spearheading and supporting wildlife and habitat protection, law enforcement, and conservation education programs. Our sanctuary, located in the beautiful Mbargue forest of Cameroon, Africa, holds the esteemed reputation for providing the highest quality of lifelong care and is currently home to 78 chimpanzees, of whom most were rescued as babies.
